Related to Orders and Shipping:

Your order will be shipped within 24 hours after your order has been received. Excluding Sundays and public holidays.

After shipping, you will receive your order within 2-3 business days depending on your location.

Yes, you will receive AWB# (tracking number) along with the name of the delivery company, which you can easily track on the delivery company’s website.

Yes, we do. Kindly contact customer care to know the shipping charges to your country. 
Shipping charges will be charged accordingly.
 

Related to Payments:

All prepaid payments are managed by a secure payment gateway provided by our partner RazorPay. All payments are secured with two-factor authentication (2FA)
We accept the widest types of payments:

  • Net banking
  • UPI payment
  • Digital wallet

Related to Orders:

Orders can not be cancelled once placed. Please make sure to put in the correct information while placing an order.
